DESCRIPTION: Corporate Business Brokers has been engaged to acquire for its client a portfolio of Australian-based businesses within the Registered Training Organisation industry, or similar, with the following key criteria:

• EBIT of $1M plus
• Acquisition price range $5 million to $10 million
• RTO businesses, or similar, training in:
Financial & Professional Services / Regulatory / Compliance & Superannuation / Legal & Accounting Compliance
• CPD and compliance training businesses
• Strong and consistent earnings important
• Run under management (preferable but not essential)

The purchaser is a well-established business with strong skill sets in compliance, governance, finance and marketing and sales. They are looking to diversify their current income stream and are therefore looking for businesses with strong and consistent earnings.
